Jose Van Beers McInnes was born in Egypt to European parents and now lives in Buderim, Qld where her artwork is shown throughout the coast.

She is a painter, sculpter and ceramic artist - describing her art as emotional and spiritual. Jose is inspired by the range and intensity of human emotions, movement and textures in the world.

Ulla began painting in New York City after moving there from Germany 30 odd years ago. In the 1980s she studied at the New York Art Students’ League, where she was greatly influenced by teacher, William Scharf, a former studio assistant and friend of Mark Rothko.

In 1992 Ulla was part of a group show with the theme “New York” at Cornell Medical Center Library in NYC where her painting ‘Manhattan Tableau’ was exhibited. Oils are her preferred painting medium.

Ola and Marie have worked together as a team for more than three decades to create glass artwork that has earned them worldwide praise. Michael is has 23 years experience specialising in Japanese style Raku domestic ware and pit-fired artistic pieces which is self-taught. His inspirations come from studying Japanese pottery and from personal visits and lectures by Ryogi Koie, Kenji Kato and Shiga Shigoe. He is a veteran of solo exhibitions in Sydney, Newcastle, Port Stephens, Yugawarra Japan, Tajimi Japan and Shigaraki Japan.

Michael Rossiter is a self taught painter born in Bishop Auckland, UK, 1974. He moved to Sydney’s northern beaches with his family at six months of age.  Michael loved to draw from a young age, creating fantasy worlds from his vivid imagination, but has only been putting paint to canvas over the past 6 years. He is now a resident of Leura in the Blue Mountains of NSW and when he is not painting canvases he is painting houses and making electronic music in his studio. Michael most admires Californian based artist, Mark Ryden.

Maureen Frawley moved from Melbourne to the inspiration and warmth of Port Douglas in 1993. A local artist who loves a variety of self taught art works including sketching, oil paintings, delicate silk paintings and more recently photography - producing stunning digital canvas prints. Her artworks include a variety of local scenery and stunning frangipani designs.

Figure drawing has always been an important part of Mary Ann's working practice. She has used these drawings as a departure for this series of paintings. These paintings are an exploration of painting itself. She confined the format to the square and in many of these paintings there is no right way up, but all are intended as self contained worlds of their own. Mary Ann's time is divided between Paris and Australia.

Born in 1964, Judy grew up in Beechworth, a small town nestled in the hills of Victoria, Australia. It was here as a child that her love for the visual arts developed. In 1983 Judy moved to Melbourne, where she studied teaching (Art and Music). Jennie Scott was born in Kingston-upon Thames UK and emigrated to Australia in 1964. She lived in Cairns till 1976 and spent 10 months working and painting in the Krueger National Park, South Africa. Throughout the park several of her pen and ink drawings where purchased and produced in print.
